Set in a clearing in open woodland and surrounded by ancient olive trees, Scopetaccio is the most private and peaceful of havens.

This villa was designed and restored so as to maximise its child friendliness; lawns surround the house and the large pool has a wide tiled area all around it. Linked to the main pool, but separated by a small wooden bridge, there is a safe paddling pool.

The south facing portico allows protected al fresco eating throughout the day, while the evening terrace and barbeque area make the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cool of the evening.

The four bedrooms (2 x doubles, 1 x twin, 1 x four adult bunks) are all ensuite, with twin basins, ample walk in showers and space for personal toiletries.

A separate media area ensures that the possibly noisy pleasure of some does not impact on the quiet enjoyment of the rest of the group!

Adjacent to the spacious, professional kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and laundry sink.
